I want to find a person’s address & a phone number that I haven’t seen him in a long time. I know the city & state he lives in.
My quick answer to this question:
I don’t think you actually want to look at free databases unless you are really sure. Think about a free database and think you accurate the info will be (I don’t think it will be very accurate). To find someone’s address, what you really need to do is check out us-search. They got it all. Click here to check out my review of US-search so that you can start using it very effectively.
What if you need to find a great place to hang out in Chicago. There are some great bars in downtown chicago. Also here is an article about those downtown chicago bars.

maybe yellowpages.com but its only if their phone number is public i think
You may be able to find the info on sites such as: Superpages.com
But that’s only if their phone # is public.
